**** NOTICE ****  PAYMENTS MADE ONLINE ARE AT  ---- $5.00 on payments up to $800.00 and 2% fee on all payments over $800.00 - IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE FEE IT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE PAYMENT AND COULD CAUSE YOUR PAYMENT TO BE SHORT!!  ALSO, THE FEE IS PER ACCOUNT PAID!

A few things you need to know so that the payment will be properly credited to you account:

• The online payment portal currently DOES NOT know your amount due.  It will in the near future but for now, you must provide the amount you want to pay.
• The amount of your payment must include the $5.00 credit card fee if you are making a regular payment or 2% if you are doing an amount over $800.00
• ONCE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED, WE WILL ONLY REFUND/RETURN AN AMOUNT THAT EXCEEDS YOUR FULL PAYOFF DUE! SO, ONLY POST WHAT YOU INTEND TO PAY!
• Please complete at least the following fields on the checkout page:
  • In the Loan Account Number field - please enter your loan number if you know it.
  • Also, please choose the branch you closed your loan in!
  • Your First Name - Customer First name if you are not the customer.
  • Your Last Name - Customer Last name if you are not the customer.
  • Your Email address (please)
  • Your Phone Number (VERY IMPORTANT)

We will be updating this system in the near future to allow you to lookup your account and see the amount due.
